Day 103. It doesn’t cost any money but this s**t certainly ain’t free.

Late January I let go of social media, booze, crappy food and focused on training/sleep. Already did the calendar club 5 yrs ago 3 months in a row so shifted training to hills, intervals and speed work. Just shy of 600 miles but quite a bit quicker. In my opinion, this work warranted better results than 5 years ago with 1100 slow paced miles. Pretty incredible what happens when you cut out some simple toxic things what you are capable of.
