Our Sunday 9am Morning Light Yin class will now be held indoors rather than outdoors.

The freedom to be authentically ourselves. The freedom to choose love over fear, presence over distraction, and gratitude over scarcity.

While we can't control everything life brings, we can choose how we respond. May today be a gentle reminder to live with an open heart, a grounded spirit, and deep appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us.
