What are you doing to keep active over the summer? Take advantage of these summer days to set some goals and work to achieve them! School may be out, but taekwondo is still going strong, and we love all the energy our students bring to the dojang!

It's another hot Wednesday! Come join us in class to welcome our newest white belts, then go hit the pool to cool off!

We're excited to welcome these new white belts on this warm Wednesday!

Our students were hard at work this morning planting our flower pots! Now we are excited to watch them grow all summer long!

Do you want to help make our dojang beautiful!? This Saturday at 10 am we will be learning about flower planters and planting our dojang pots for the summer! Sign up for our Flower Planters 101 Life Skills Clinic to join us for the project! Everyone who comes will get to plant and take home their own flowers as well!

We are closed for Memorial Day, Monday May 25th. Grandmaster Cho and his staff wish you a peaceful day.
