Strength is a journey and you need a competent guide. All group coaching classes are not created equally. At Rebellion, our classes are capped at 12 so we can make sure that you get a personal training experience in a class environment. Your success is our priority and we will meet you where you are at! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we got you covered! We also offer a personal training if you need a little ramp up before attending group classes!
A strong core isn’t about six-pack abs.
It’s about staying solid when things try to pull you off balance. Like when you slip on the ice, or you’re carrying something heavy on one side of your body.
Offset (one side of the body) kettlebell work forces your core to show up. Having the weight on one side causes you to stabilize your spine and fight the forces of rotation. Strengthening your core in ways crunches can’t!
And let’s be real, this is way more fun than crunches😉
Strength changes you!
This year I’m skipping resolutions and choosing intentions!
For the Winter Solstice, I wrote down 13 intentions—practices, not outcomes. Each day between December 21st and January 1st I let go of one. The universe will handle those. The one that remains on January 2nd is the one I focus on all year!
Less overwhelm. Fewer decisions. More focus.
A few of my intentions:
-I allow my work to be visible before it’s perfect.
-I train my eye to see capability in my body, not flaws.
-I respond to overwhelm with regulation, not self-criticism.
Super excited to see what my 2026 focus is🤩 ❄️
Ugh… sometimes my mouth gets ahead of my brain. 😞
But honestly, it brought me back to something important: we don’t comment on people’s bodies. Ever. Our bodies are not up for public assessment, and we never know what someone is carrying or working through.
Something better to focus on? Finding our strong.
