Up, up, and away! ✈️ The lineout restarts play when the ball goes out of bounds. Two lines of forwards lift, leap, and contest the hooker’s throw.

The stiff arm: when you’re not going down without a fight. 💪 One outstretched arm, one defender kept at bay, and the ball carrier keeps charging.

Eight players, one tight formation, and a whole lot of power. 🔥 The scrum is where forwards battle for the ball using their feet and team strength.
