Back to school time is here again and we’re all desperately doing the doggie paddle to try and get back into the routine of the school week and all. the. things. Summer Salmon Salad
•Leftover seasoned grilled or poached salmon
•Avocado Mayo (Primal Kitchen )
•Sriracha
•Dash of Sesame oil
•Dash of Rice Vinegar
•Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
•Salt/Pepper
*amounts TBD based on amount of salmon and personal taste preferences…do what feels/tastes right to you😊
Mix the salmon salad up to be a consistency similar to tuna salad and top rice or mixed summer greens with it! Avocado, tomato and furikake rice seasoning are also delicious on top of the salad. Can eat as is or scoop up your bites with dried seaweed snack papers for extra iodine and potassium!

We completely understand the nervousness of attending your first class, the reverse calculation of time that plays through your head (if class starts at 9:30am, I have to leave by 9:15 so I need to load the car at 9, breakfast at 8:15, etc….). The worries of what it will be like, “will my kids do okay?”, “will other people not have kids there like me?”.…the list goes on. But you know what?! We’ve ALL been there, and I’m here to tell you that not a single mama here has an ounce of judgement if you show up with kids in pajamas, coffee spills on your shirt, halfway through the class, or just in time for playgroup. We’re here to cheer you on for wherever you’re at today. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum and just heading out the first time or have four kids in tow or no kids in tow and high strength and conditioning goals in mind, we have a class and certified fitness instructor/fellow mama waiting for you! We will meet you where you are and push you towards your goals. We will be an ear to listen and a friend to pal around with.
