Awesome weekend with our PowerHAUS community taking on the Midwest Championship!

We had 4 teams competing : The Pain Caveman, Accompanied Minor, HAM Sandwich and the Beefcake Stallions.

The Pain Caveman finished the weekend in 3rd place in the scaled division and also won an event!

Not only did we crush some awesome workouts, we also set the time to beat for Dr. Frankensteins escape room!

Great weekend, with a great community!

What an amazing 3 weeks with 3 great communities!

Big thank you to & for helping create one big community event where all of our athletes shined.

This is what makes the CrossFit open so great, it allows us to accomplish goals we didn’t think possible, reach a new personal best and create lifelong friendships. I think I speak for everyone when I say we all grew and became a little bit better over these past 3 weeks and that’s what the Open is all about.
