Just finished our 3rd Annual Regenerative Business Summit this past weekend. Seeing so many great minds that want to change healthcare and provide real solutions to people is so inspiring. In 2017, MedFit LLC is making the next leap to help lead the pack. Onward and Upward as we try to change Healthcare as we know it.

So... after seeing what has transpired in the last year and the last couple days I have held tight to say anything. I have seen people with much joy, people with much sadness, people being smart and people being dumb. So here is my take.

Both candidates were less then ideal. Both had major flaws. In the end I think a lot of the vote was for a change from the norm and the "establishment." Sadly what happened in that is there was another evil on the other side too. That evil saw an opportunity to cling to a party that lost it's way and because of that certain groups are thinking that evil won and they can unleash that evil on others.

Do I think the winning party is believes in this evil... no. But what I do believe is that people are using this opening to bring that evil out. People are scared. Scared that their right will be infringed upon. Majority of these people are minorities, refugees, LGBTQs, different religions and multiple other groups.

I have this to say though... I am here for all of you. Need a hand, need someone to help louden your voice, feeling oppressed... I am here and the majority of America is here with you. Is there racism, sexism, fear of different religions and ways of thought. Yes there is but it is not the majority of the country. America is still the dream that it has always been, it is just going through a difficult time because society and technology is changing at a rapid pace and the information is being obstructed by different parties.

For my friends that are in pain, we are here for you. For my friends that are rejoicing, happy for you. Let us all work together to help bring the ONE thread that makes our country great. EVERYONE is created EQUAL and they all have the RIGHT TO PURSUE HAPPINESS. I will fight/work alongside anyone out there that tries to contribute to this country in a positive way. You need a hand, we are hear to help, as long as you try everyday to be better and contribute. This is not a hard concept to understand.

Those of you that think that someone is less american just because they do not look like you, talk like you, believe like you believe or were not born here... all I can say is that I am sorry for you. You might say I am naive, I was brainwashed in college or that I just don't get it. To me, I look at the world as one and that is why I think the way that I think. I have very close people in my life that think very different from me in most aspects but when it comes down to it, we still love each other but will not accept each other harming another that has not harmed us.

In the end, vent if you want to vent. Rejoice if you want to rejoice. All I ask of you is to hold true to the ONE and ONLY aspect of America that I truly care about... We are ALL EQUAL and deserve to PURSUE HAPPINESS. If you don't feel the love, send me a message and I will help if I can.

Fortitude:
The abilty to push forward even when it might be painful or full of resistance. It is easy to just go with the flow and be average. I blame nobody for this and many people are happy to "just be." I actually really like the laissez-faire philosophy because it is peaceful and can emphisize happiness.

But I look to those that have the fortitude to make change; change in themself, the system or society. It is not easy for them and many people will not understand why they do it or think that they person pushing for change is stubborn. Fortitude is generally a lonely trait and to those going through the struggle for change, I nod my head to you.

Change is hard but change is nessessary for greatness.

We are all witnessing his greatness again and seeing how he has finally matured and embraced his stature in sports and as an icon. It is great to be able to see him win so many Golds again. Knowing what it takes in a sport that only gets recognized every four years... true passion. You can see that passion in his craft, in his speech and in the tears that flow from his eyes as he listening to one of the best anthems in the world.

A tip of the hat to you Mr Phelps! You have earned it!

The "People's Champion" is now able to rest peacefully. For so many years Ali fought fighters, politicians, lawyers, governments, reporters, racists and many other fights both externally and internally. He fought the GOOD fight. He fought for what he believed in. He fought for a livelihood. He fought for his health and for his family. I am sad to see "The Greatest" pass. I remember watching the Olympics when he came out to light the Cauldron and many people were surprised to see what the parkinsons had done to his body functions. Even then, he fought to be the greatest he could still be.

Rest easy Ali, you have earned an eternity of peace and thank you for the joy, awareness and rightousness that you brought to this earth.
