"Daryeel (which means "care" in Somali) is a street outreach effort in Minneapolis providing East African youth with both basic needs and human connection. All the funds and money donated will go directly to the youth. We will buy coats, shoes, gloves, hats, scarves, socks and proper winter clothes for the young people who are frequently alienated from their community and young adults who are dealing with substance abuse, addiction and homelessness in the Twin Cities. Any donation helps this effort, which is a much needed urgent appeal."

Trying to remind myself that if people are being helped, there is no copying there is just continuing the work.
No scarcity mindset.

Allaah’s earth is vast.
Even so, as with everything, there are healthy mediums and I believe we can always acknowledge our source of inspiration. I pride myself in supporting others and being transparent, but I will continue working on this and keep giving flowers to those who inspire me to act and think differently whether that be in my personal or professional life.

The grand opening for their culturally relevant and trauma-informed mental health clinic, Bridge Healing Center, is around the corner.
