START first responders Logan and Tyler went out there and put on a great boxing show for charity.
We went 1-1 Logan won 2nd round TKO with beautiful striking (especially for being a grappler with a sweaty second hand cup) and Tyler unfortunately lost to decision but we feel he won and did more than enough to win but the judges thought differently…
Regardless we are proud of both of these amazing guys on and off the mats! Thank you for all you do for our communities and in our gym! Onto the next!

Today please join us in wishing all of our veteran heroes a happy Memorial Day.
Without your sacrifices we would not be here.
Today we honor all that have served, are serving and have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country, a big shoutout to our students that fight their battles on and off the mats keeping us safe in many ways.
We love you all!

Hello team!
We will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday BUT you can swing by on Saturday after Jon and Spoufy’s classes for an open roll to support our local veterans!
We thank the veterans we have on our mats and all of the veterans out there for their service.
