Fall newsletter coming out this week with many important dates and info on our break-a-thon. Always an amazing day of fun!

First week of classes for the fall session were extremely fun. Great to see everyone back ready to work hard! Keep a look out for our fall newsletter coming out soon. Lot's of fun events planned.

What a night of classes! We were very proud to see everyone in there new belts they had earned during the summer session. It was also great to see a lot of familiar faces returning from their summer break. We're looking forward to an awesome fall session with all of you!

I know it has been a Great summer and now school is starting. We would just like to remind all those who took the summer off, that our fall schedule starts this week. Time to dig out those belts, wash the uniforms, and get ready for some awesome kicking. Hope to see all of you in classes

Remember, Tuesday the 7th is our first day of classes for the fall session. Can't wait to see everyone there!

Congratulations to everyone who tested. As usual we were very impressed with your performance. Also a BIG Thank You to all those who came out to support and help with testing.

Testing is scheduled to start at 6pm this Thursday. Can't wait to see you all there achieving your goals!

Summer session belt promotions are this coming Thursday Sept. 2nd, Everyone is looking great. It is going to be a huge success for all!
