I have been practicing yoga since the late 1990's on and off and seriously for the past 7 years. In 2012 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Yoga Loft in Willmar with Mary Beth Nehl. I am certified by the Yoga Alliance and continue to practice with the excellent yoga teachers in the area, have studied with Doug Keller, Dr. Indu Arora and am just finishing my 500 hour training.
