I know a lot of y’all don’t give a crap on this post because cancer hasn’t touched you. You don't know what it's like to have fought the fight, or have a loved one fighting or has cancer. 💛💗

Sleep is fascinating to me … I wish people understood themselves better and judged themselves less and worried about things they can’t control less and also had a perspective on sleep and rest that was more about how they were executing while awake versus how little they slept … it’s a fascinating topic on not only the allocation of time level but what leads many to not get quality of sleep. Also this last week was busy and I got less at #CannesLions2023 but I didn’t judge myself in the micro of just one week, I am fascinated by people’s ability to beat themselves up, let’s make a commitment to be kinder to ourselves today ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
