The Zion Barbell Team will be participating in the American open 1 and university nationals (college age athletes) this weekend. Lincoln lifts tomorrow (Thursday), Patricia Lee lifts on Friday, Addie Anderson on Saturday, and Kandace Damrow lifts on Sunday. You can watch them on USAW.live or we might stream it to one of our social media accounts. You can find the details of the platform and times in the screenshots within this post. Tomorrow morning, tune in to watch Zion barbells .m.proulx lift at the Arnold!!! You can watch both of them at USAW.live. You will have to toggle between the two. Bailey is on the stars platform and Patricia is on the blue platform. 8am MST.

The Dana boys lift today at the Arnold sports festival. Should be fun. Excited for Lincoln Dana to get back on the platform. He took a 6 month break because of some extreme pain from Osgood Schlatter. He’s worked through it very nicely. If you’d like to watch, Ethan lifts this morning at 6am mst on the white platform. Ryan lift on the blue platform at 10am and lifts on the white platform at 2pm mst. You can tune in at usaw.live
