We are glowing with excitement to report that as of today, October 30, we have collectively raised $925 for the local nonprofit Pink Ribbon Jax through our workshops and shirt sales for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraising efforts, whether by Glowing PINK!, Rosé & Restoring, purchasing a shirt, or simply contributing to the cause! We will be rounding this number up and sending our donation of $1000 this weekend to help fund mammograms across the Jacksonville area! What a boo-tiful effort, friends & yogis!!

Psssstttttt… We’ve still got a couple shirts available for purchase, if you’d like to chip in!! 😉

We had so much fun breathing and restoring in our pajamas Wednesday night, we’re doing it AGAIN tonight! Join Caia at 5:45pm for her regular Friday night Restorative Yoga + Sound Bowls class, and come dressed in your comfiest pajamas, onesies, slippers, and sleep masks! It’s going to be a busy weekend - let’s treat ourselves to some cozy self care tonight!!

We’re having an IMPROMPTU Pajama Party TONIGHT!!! Join us at 7:15pm for Breathe & Restore w/ Caia, and wear your coziest PJs, onesies, slippers, and/or whatever else makes you feel most comfortable!! Let’s breathe, restore, and relax together in our bedtime best!! See you soon!!!

When we learned that a group of high school boys whose parents have practiced yoga at our studio are organizing a 2-hand-touch football tournament on Veterans Day to support K9s for Warriors, there was no question that we were going to sponsor their efforts!!

Join us and support these great kids as they use something they love to do something good - you can sponsor, donate, and even honor a warrior, then come cheer them on at 10am on Veterans Day (November 11) at Veterans Park (Field 1)!! Let’s help them surpass their goal and support our friends at K9s For Warriors | Service Dogs for Veterans as they work to save lives at both ends of the leash!!

We’re not trying to play any TRICKS on you - but we’ve got a few schedule changes this week, and most of them are TREATS!!!

While Tanya continues her recovery from shoulder surgery, we’ve got the TREAT of Toni teaching her spooktacular Yogalates class tomorrow at 8am! Tanya Temple We miss you and can’t wait for your return, but we’re so grateful that we have such amazing team members to cover for you while you’re gone!!!

Later in the day, we have CANCELLED tomorrow’s 4:15pm YogaDance class, as Carolina will be away living her best life, and Wednesday 4:15pm just isn’t the same without her!! We’ll be back on the dance floor NEXT week!! Instead, come get your Power YogaFlow on with Elizabeth at 5:45pm, then stay to get your Caia fix when she subs Breathe & Restore at 7:15pm!!

Finally, don’t forget our special Halloween GLOWGA class is happening THIS Thursday at 7:15pm! Come get boo-tiful with us as we glow & flow in the dark!! This class will be non-heated, and neon face/body paint, glow-in-the-dark tattoos, and glow sticks will be provided! Now that’s a TREAT!! Sign up NOW!!!

Our VHS-era icon Richard Simmons showed up at the studio this morning, and he got us sweatin’ to the oldies, 80’s style!! Thanks to all of our awesome 9:30am yogis for moving, grooving, smiling, and laughing A LOT with us! As Richie said this morning, it can be a dark and heavy world out there…why not act a little silly and be the light? Now that we got the wig re-shapened, it’s going back on the shelf until next year…
