Just another reason to become an unlimited class pass holder. Once a month, we will offer a special yoga experience. Whether it is a workshop where you will learn and grow your practice, or an experience to rest or enjoy one aspect of yoga.

For September, Kathi will host Root & Release: An Autumn Equinox Yoga Experience centered on grounding, releasing, and making space for what is ahead.

We will begin with gentle movement, then lead into greater stillness through restorative postures and Reiki energy. Before ending with a relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, we will pause for quiet reflection and journal our thoughts for the coming season.

Join me for this special practice to say goodbye to summer and welcome the changes of fall.

Mark and Kathi Szabo are excited to be bringing **Yoga Life back to the Southwest Michigan community**, and we canโ€™t wait to welcome everyone back to the mat!

We fell in love with yoga back in 2014 and eventually became instructors and owners of the studio where our yoga journey began. After relocating to Southwest Michigan in 2022, weโ€™re thrilled to have the opportunity to once again bring yoga to the community. ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™re still fine-tuning the schedule and putting the finishing touches on everything, but **the new class schedule will be posted any day now!** ๐Ÿ‘€

Weโ€™ll also be offering some **special pre-opening pricing this week on class packs and unlimited memberships**, so stay tuned for those details!

Grateful for this beach, our lake, and this life that allows us all to flow and meet and float away and merge together again and again. Thank you to everyone in classes today- we went deep and held space for each other. Long bouts of silence, but together with a compassionate group, the silence is never empty, and we receive. Yoga helps us remember our wholeness and that nothing is separate, and we continue practicingโ€ฆ.
