What an incredible honor it was to celebrate Janice Neumann last night as she was nominated for the Mosaic Life Care Excellence in Life Care Award. 💙

As the AHEC Director, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand the impact Janice has had on medical education and on the students, providers, and colleagues she has supported throughout her 19 years of dedication to coordinating medical education.

Janice is so much more than a coordinator. She is someone who shows up, finds a way, builds relationships, solves problems, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. Her work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact of that work is felt throughout our healthcare community every single day.

She is the true definition of Powered by Purpose. Her passion for medical education, her commitment to our future healthcare workforce, and the heart she brings to everything she does are what make her so deserving of this recognition.

Janice, it was such an honor to celebrate YOU last night. I am incredibly grateful to work alongside you and even more grateful for the difference you make in the lives of so many. Congratulations on this well-deserved nomination! 💙✨

Our students jumped right into hands-on learning with the amazing Mosaic Life Care Education Department, learning all about the nursing profession, vital signs, heart rhythms, and airway management! ❤️🫁

Prepare to make a difference in your community through this accelerated 20-week program, featuring 100% online coursework and flexible, hands-on experience in your community. The program prepares students to apply for the Community Health Worker credential through the Missouri Credentialing Board.

🎉Congratulations Abby Crane! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Abby, a fourth-year medical student at ATSU-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, on the completion of her first year in the AHEC Scholars Program! Abby completed this milestone while rotating at Mosaic Life Care through Northwest Missouri AHEC.

Abby received her undergraduate degree from University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg and is from the Kansas City region. Way to go Abby! 👏🏻
