Zumba is Latin inspired dance fitness that combines fast and slow rhythms in a party atmosphere. The hour goes by in a flash! Zumba works the whole body and mind leaving you feeling less stressed and lots of calories burned. My Zumba classes are done in a skating rink, but we do not perform Zumba on skates. You DO NOT have to be coordinated to do Zumba! Each time you come to class it gets easier and you will become better coordinated and get a better workout (without feeling like it's a workout)! On your first visit, please introduce yourself to me. My classes have very friendly, happy people in them and we want to get to know you!
