This 100% Helps Low Back Pain 💪

I’ve said it a hundred times…Gut Smashing is truly elite when it comes to sorting out low back pain fast.

Still to this day, 10 years after a good friend taught it to me, this single technique helped me recover from a tweaked low back that absolutely wrecked me.

When I posted this last year, the comments were insane… and I’m super grateful so many of you got the same results. (btw, Keep them coming! I love reading them.)

⚠️ The biggest takeaway from this video is this:

A lot of low back pain actually comes from the front.

Your hip flexors, especially the psoas, get brutally tight from sitting all day.

Then when you stand, these massive muscles yank on your lumbar curve, pull it forward, and throw your whole low back off.

Bad combo… but the fix is insanely simple.

Once you release the hip flexors, that constant pull disappears.

You stand up straighter, your back relaxes, and pain drops… it really is that simple.

Here are the 2 ways I fix this:

1️⃣ Firm Ball (Med Ball, Soccer Ball, Basketball)

Anything works as long as it’s super firm.

When you lie on a ball, it puts deep pressure across the hip flexors and lower abdomen, massaging out stiffness and restoring that missing hip extension we lose from sitting for hours.

One thing I love about the ball method is the bigger surface area — it also pushes into the front of the lumbar curve. If that area is under tension, this helps open up space in the backside as you sink your bodyweight into the ball.

Simple, accessible, and delivers results fast.

2️⃣ PSO-RITE (@pso_rite)

This tool is built specifically for gut smashing.

The “forks” attack the hip flexors and psoas from both sides of the lumbar spine - super precise, super intense.

CupTherapy actually showed via MRI imaging that tools like the PSO-RITE can get within 9mm of the psoas, proving these things aren’t gimmicks… they work.

🤔 So which one should you choose?

Honestly? I use both.

The medicine ball gives that global release, and the PSO-RITE gives that deep, precise pressure. Try both and see what your body responds to. 11/28/2025
