Congratulations to our newest Lady Rider Wrestling graduates 🎓
Watching these young women grow over the years has been something truly special. The dedication, sacrifice, resilience, and heart they brought to our program will never be forgotten. They represented Lady Rider Wrestling with strength, determination, and pride every single day.
As they move on to new chapters in life, we hope they carry with them the confidence, friendships, and lessons built through this sport. No matter where life takes them, they will always be a part of the Lady Rider family.
We are beyond proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see the incredible things your futures hold. Thank you for everything you gave to this program and to each other.
Once a Lady Rider, always a Lady Rider 💙💛
Update!
I apologize, apparently the information I posted earlier is not accurate. I am told we have been offering this course for atleast the last 4-5 years. It’s called PE lll. They are only offering 2 periods each semester next year and they have limited it to only 18 kids per period per semester (so only 36 kids each semester get the opportunity and there are only a couple of spots open.
Please disregard this information below.
MHS is excited to offer students a new opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year through a Physical Education course centered on strength and fitness training.
This course is designed to allow students to complete their daily strength and conditioning workouts during the regular school day, eliminating the need for early morning training sessions before school. Students who participate will have the opportunity to improve their overall fitness, athletic performance, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits within a structured educational setting.
For many families, this also provides added convenience by reducing the need for early morning drop-offs for weight training sessions.
This course is open to both boys and girls entering grades 9–12. Families interested in enrolling their student are encouraged to contact the guidance office for additional information and scheduling opportunities.
Congratulations to these Lady Rider Wrestlers getting it done in the classroom as well as the mat.
