Was a grinder today at the river but managed to squeak in 3rd place out of 25 boats against some hammers to. Valuable points for TOC!

Blessed to enjoy what I do. Lucky to get the dub J4 Elite this past weekend. Tournament life brings excitement, win or lose. Much more when you win.

It’s always a good day when you catch 3Lbr’s all day.

Lake was rough and wind and cold was not feeling it. Not the start we hoped for but did the best we could with one day of practice on a new d**k infested lake. Have to grind harder next time. Was a great learning experience and these events really help tune in the game. Sad we did not have our boat but thanks to my Brother in law Bruce for borrowing his boat. Off to North South Center next weekend.

The fight with this pike was crazy intense. It took my line straight down a few times and the drag was going off like crazy. I was really hoping it’ll be a big Muskie but that will have to wait until next time so I can check it off my list.
