The Minnesota Horse Expo board of directors with the sanction of the Minnesota Horse Council has voted to move the dates of the 39 year old event for the first time from April at the MN State Fairgrounds to July 23-25, 2021 at the Fairgrounds due to concern about Covid-19 restrictions anticipated to still be in place in early spring. This one time date shift to July will hopefully allow time for the virus to be more under control and the public to participate in a more weather favorable outdoor experience. Horse breeds, riding and training demonstrations plus plenty of vendors with products, services, equipment for horses and their owners will continue to be the focus of the event. More information will be posted here as we go forward with Horse Expo 2021 planning including ticket sale dates, location layout, vendor and volunteer opportunities.
