It's time for the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minneapolis on the Les Bolstad golf course. Come out and support your Golden Bears just across town on this beautiful fall day!

The 2024 Cross Country season gets underway tonight at the Auggie Twilight! Women race at 8:30pm and the men at 9:00pm. Go Bears!

Incoming! Davion Williams joins a growing hurdle group this fall as a graduate transfer!

Jacob Jensrud joins the sprint group this fall as a graduate transfer!

Here comes Aiden Shepherd of Hibbing HS in northern Minnesota! He moves south this fall to join the throws squad!

Incoming! It's Fadel (FJ) Johnson of Fridley HS. FJ was the MN class AAA triple jump champion this year. The jumps group will be ROLLING this fall!

Let's welcome Isaias Acosta from Tartan HS! Zay is a middle distance specialist who will also run XC in the fall!

Introducing Samuel Ngando of Eastview HS! Sam triple jumped his way to the state meet his in his first year of competition. He joins a hungry and motivated jumps group this fall!
