Our newest additions to the Instructor Training Program are CRUSHING IT!! We're lucky to have such a great group of young leaders to teach and inspire the next generation!

We are 6 weeks away from the 2026 Twin Cities Rumble!

Competitors: time to step up your training and use the rest of this Summer to level up... Make good use of the rest of your Summer vacation!

Volunteers: if you are able to help out tournament weekend we are looking for scorekeepers/timekeepers (no experience required) as well as qualified BLACK BELT Judges! We also need help with set-up and tear-down just ask Master Hallberg for more info.

SATURDAY, JULY 11:
All regular classes are cancelled for our Volunteer Day at Feed My Starving Children! We will be at the C**n Rapids packing location from 9:30-11:15 AM.

We still have some room on the roster - you can sign up at the school or send a DM to reserve your spot!!

While some of us were relaxing and enjoying a weekend off Ms. Tang and Mrs. Hong spent Independence Day at the 2026 U.S. Open! Great job this weekend and congrats Mrs. Hong on 2nd place in Muscial forms!
