Are you thinking about trying tournaments out but not sure how to get started? Our MEGA TEAM is a great way to get going. The MEGA TEAM division is a synchronized team form larger than 10 competitors. There's plenty of time this summer to learn the form and join the crew - no experience required. Ask Master Hallberg for more information if you're interested!!

Congratulations to White Bear Lake High School graduate, Mr. JT Baltzer!

Mr. Baltzer is a great instructor, student and competitor - we'll miss him in the classroom this fall. JT will be attending Saint Mary's University of Minnesota majoring in Mechatronics Engineering. We wish him all the best starting his next chapter in Winona!

Please make sure you’re washing uniforms/sparring equipment regularly and hosing down any dirty kids BEFORE they enter the classroom.

Remember, if you can smell them so can everybody else!
