Athletes: Please review the final athlete email for check-in, weigh-ins, equipment check, and competition procedures.

Awards will be scored using GL Points in accordance with Powerlifting America standards.

IMPORTANT VENUE UPDATE

Due to circumstances, King of Kilos will not be held at Kilo Strength and Performance in Eagan. The meet will now be hosted at:

📍 River City Iron Worx(~30 minutes west of the original venue)

The meet date, sessions, equipment standard, and overall structure will remain unchanged.

We are fully committed to putting on a high-quality meet and making sure everyone’s hard work pays off on June 6.

• Registration remains valid
• Session structure remains unchanged
• Flights will be announced Saturday, May 16th
• Additional meet day details will be sent out closer to the event
