Last night, we celebrated four outstanding Aggies whose accomplishments, character, and contributions have left a lasting mark on the tradition of Saint Agnes Athletics. 🏆

The St. Agnes Cross Country teams competed at the Steve Hoag Invite at Anoka High School on Thursday.

Running the full 5K distance for the first time this season and against strong competition, the Aggie girls finished 7th out 10 teams. The Aggies were paced by Gracie Miller and Maureen Alt who finished 17th and 19th respectively. They were followed by Beatrice Pawl and then a strong pack of senior girls including Klara Ferdinandt, Jane Kuwata, and Gemma Spencer.

The Aggie boys finished 5th out of 13 teams. Jack Pepin led the Aggies with a 12th place finish followed closely by John McGeehan, Morgan Hawkins, James Nelson, Phillip Kobbermann, Oliver Kaardal, and Mark King. In addition to the strong varsity results, the Aggies saw seven new runners complete their first 5K.

The Aggies will compete next at the Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota at Fort Snelling Golf Course next Saturday, September 19th.
