The St. Paul location will be closing at 5:00 tonight (Friday) to set up for the Champions Fall Classic tomorrow.
The location will also be closed all day tomorrow (Saturday) for the event.
Please stop by and cheer on all of the lifters!

Rain may push the bands inside the gym tomorrow. Workout space will be very limited / some spaces not available.

Demonstration.
The cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul are mandating face masks at all businesses regardless of vaccination status.
Starting 5:00pm Thursday January 6th all locations will require staff, trainers, and members to wear masks at all time inside the gyms.
No exceptions.
