It’s literally about this... Say the right thing, say it enough times, and have enough people to say it to. If you say the right thing to 10 people in a year, you’re probably not selling much. If you say it to 200 people and keep saying it, now the math starts working.

One of the limiting beliefs I’ve heard thousands of times is this: “There are too many agents.” “Everyone is related to an agent.”... Just because someone is related to an agent doesn’t mean they want to work with that person, you still have to show your value clearly.

The logo or the writing. (OR we never start actually and unfortunately)
You sit at the laptop. You type who you are. Maybe you type out who you serve and what you do.
Then you read it back and it sounds like a corporate brochure, especially if you are having out buddy chatGPT write it for you…

Answer this question out loud, not like you’re trying to pitch anyone but like you're telling a friend who just asked you.
"Why should someone hire me to sell their home?"
AND just talk for 60 seconds. No ai script. No bullet point notes.
Just talk. Stumble. Laugh at yourself. Just share.
Now play it back!!! Guess what….
That's your REAL voice. Those are the words you actually use.
NOW you can be like most agents and write a brand that sounds nothing like how they talk. Then they wonder why nothing they post lands with actual people.
Your true spoken voice is more honest than your typed voice. End of story if you do this one exercise you are a head of 99% percent of agents and you are 1 step closer to building a successful personal brand. Period.
