Have you ever heard or maybe even said ‘oh, it’s cold and flu season’. Well, I’m here to share with you that sickness is not a season and you don’t just catch it because someone around you is sick.
Sickness comes from your own body not being strong enough to fight off the sickness. There is something you are doing or not doing that is causing it (think in terms of foods, nutrient deficiency, dehydration, toxic load, sleep quality, light exposure, etc).
For example, flu season is typically caused from reduced sun exposure (Vit D), reduced movement, dehydration, increased stress, and increased sugar. It is not the bug deciding this time of year.
If you or someone close to you is chronically sick, they need to realize if something isn’t changed in their daily habits this will continue to be an issue.
Antibiotics are not increasing your bodies ability to fight sickness. It is actually weakening it and could cause long term damage along with it.
Take steps to start improving your health! You will not regret it!
Has anyone notice that we as humans seem to easily blame everyone else for anything in our life that isn't going the way we like it?
I feel the best thing to do is look at ourselves. Most circumstances that go wrong we could have reacted differently, had better communication, been more organized, or most importantly had a different perception (to name a few).
Now my wife will be the first to tell you that I can blame with the best of them 😏. This is something that I have been trying to work on as I feel that I need to check myself before pointing any finger. The best way to inspire positive change is to look at what we need to change in ourselves and give grace.
