Come work on the water! Diagnose problems on all types of boats. Help to create estimates and make repairs. Willing to train Technicians from automotive or aviation. Our shop culture is both busy and fun.
We are looking for qualified marine technicians/mechanics to join our team!... Full Time and Part Time Available

Previous technician/mechanical experience preferred (knowledge in outboards, I/O's, inboards)

We are a certified Mercury/Mercruiser dealer we also work on all makes/models and years of boats, engines, trailers.

Responsibilities:
•Repair various types of boat motors; outboards, I/O's, inboards.
•Perform routine maintenance to complete engine upgrades/rebuilds
•Rigging of new engine installs
•Rigging of new trolling motor and fish finder installs
•Winterizing
•Use diagnostic tools to test engine components
•Perform regular trailer maintenance, bearing and brake service

Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a mechanic
•Must have your own set of tools (we have all the specialized tools for use on-site)
•Knowledge of shop equipment
•Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
•Deadline and detail-oriented
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Must have a high regard for cleanliness and respect for others property
•Good customer service skills, you will be asked to go over certain repairs directly with the customers

Medical and dental insurance compensation offered after 90 days if eligible. 401K offered after 1-year if eligible.

Pay will be based on experience/knowledge.
