Lots of fun helping these two buy their first home! We prepared thoroughly and reviewed the process so they immediately knew when we found the one - a beautifully finished townhome with an incredibly private yard overlooking water, and a huge owners suite complete with a fireplace - did I mention the swimming pool? I pulled some tools out of my toolkit to help them win out of multiple offers & now they’ll be sitting poolside this summer & relaxing on their deck overlooking the water!
