‼️ IT’S HAPPENED AGAIN‼️
Our very own Miss Titania Thao has made it back to the Summer World University Games this year! If you’re unaware, this is essentially the collegiate Olympics. She’ll be heading to Chengdu, China this Summer to compete with our team affiliates from Team Forge from Texas. A late congradulations to our very own Titania Thao for making the National Team once again for the female team division! She’ll be teaming up with Texas Forge’s Adalis and Zoie Munoz. She is one of Minnesota’s only poomsae competitors to compete at the world’s level, others being Master Chau Truong and Heather Hyunh who are also from our dojang!
Along with that, Titania will also be assisting in the biggest poomsae workshop in the Midwest! Her, a handful of the Team Forge TKD members, and coaches will be in Illinois in May to share their knowledge with anyone interested in poomsae.

With the state beginning to open more and more, we will continue to wait until gyms and martial arts spaces are able to open at full capacity before we begin classes again. Please stay patient, stay healthy, and most of all, keep training at home until we can all train together again!

Just an update on the current situation, the dojang remains closed until further notice and we’ve just received word that the 2020 National Championship is cancelled. If there are any questions, please contact an instructor. We’ll be training again as soon as we’re able to!
The 2020 USATKD National Championships Canceled & A Potential Series. Due to ongoing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic the 2020 USA Taekwondo National Championships in San Antonio, TX this summer have been canceled.
With everything going on, the Saint Anthony School District has cancelled Tuesday classes until, at least, April. In addition to that, we have decided to cancel Saint Paul classes until then as well.
Please stay safe and clean. There is a plethora of workouts that we do in class that can also be done at home. Of course, if you have any sort of punching/kicking bag at home, you can always utilize our sparring drills/techniques as well. Also, be sure that you are running through your poomsae to ensure that we can pick up where we left off as soon as everything gets back to normal.

Tomorrow will be the first day of the new session in Saint Anthony, please remember to register and also bring in any unpaid testing fees from the last test. See you all tomorrow!
