It’s Monday and boy do I wish I could walk past this sign again… 🌴
I looked out the window and saw ❄️. That is what we get get in MN springtime.. 😔.
Regardless of ❄️ or 🌴 it is Monday and it is time to get after it. I guess my workout will consist of me remembering walking along this beautiful beach with some amazing people and seeing this sign.

Happy Birthday to this strong lady. I love that she always comes to workouts and is ready for anything I tell her to do. She may give me a look 😜, but she does it anyway. She is up for any challenges… I love her energy. She is funny and makes the people around her feel so comfortable!

We are movers, our bodies are designed to walk. Walking is one of the most supportive forms of exercise we can do. However do we actually focus on that…?🤔
Walking has so many benefits: improving our mood, lowering blood pressure, reduces the risk of heart disease, it helps improve heart health, strengthens our bones and muscles. It also improves muscle endurance….
The weather is getting warmer go get out and walk 1 mile a day… I can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t.
