Continuing Education Workshops at Highland Park Life Time in our brand new Pilates studio that has state-of-the-art Merrithew™ equipment. These workshops present a remarkable opportunity for you to extend your Pilates certification, enhance your skills, and earn valuable continuing education credits (CECs).

Each 2-hour workshop will provide you with:
2 CEC credits that contribute to maintaining the active status of your Pilates certification.
Training opportunity in this state-of-the-art Pilates studio with a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer.
Ability to meet the Life Time Team to learn more about the expanding Pilates career opportunities, locally and nationwide.

Catch the amazing Kathy Gradwohl Flaminio in all our enthusiasm and decades of experience at Highland Life Time. It is worth getting up Saturday morning at 8:15am to spend the hour with her.

Could there be a better bevy of brainy women representing Sweathop - Guest services, trainer and member, mother and daughters- Grace and Claire Deason, Kristin Holmgren. Now in the archive boxes for Historical Society.
