Express Bike Shop

Since 1995, hundreds of young people have completed paid apprenticeships at Express Bike. We repair and re-purpose bicycles while helping youth gain work experience.

Last month we celebrated 30 years of empowering Keystone youth and making bikes accessible to all. The staff at Express Bike Shop would like to thank everyone who was able to stop by our 30th Anniversary Event in September. We had a blast bike decorating, testing out freak bike rides, and offering bike safety checks!

In preparation for our Express Bike Shop 30th Anniversary Party, we will be closed for business on the morning of Saturday September 6th for our event at 2-5pm!

Surly helped set up one of our paid youth apprentices with a beautiful Preamble frame to build into a dream bike with used parts. The result is nothing if not unique but still uniquely Express. Check out their blog post about the process:
