We thank you again for starting your 2024 with us at the St. Pete Beach Classic. We mention the word 'community' often because we feel so strongly that it matters. For 20 years, this little event had this word and concept at its core. Anyone that participated, in any way, in even just one of those 20 years, helped contribute to doing this event together. So again ... we thank you.

Thank you all for participating in this weekend's event! Our 20th and final year was quite a success! You have all been a huge reason for the strength of this little race and why we are so sad for it coming to an end. Community matters, arguably, now more than ever before so if we can leave you with any parting thoughts ... value and cherish all of the communities of which you are a part.
We know we owe many of you medals and promise to stay in contact as we begin the process to get replacements for the parts of the original order that never made it to us.
And a reminder to anyone who was kind enough to help with volunteering this weekend that the volunteer party is at the Sirata from 11am-1pm tomorrow.

As we are in the final hours of preparation for the event this weekend, online registration is now closed. You may still register at packet pick up on Friday (12-6 at the St. Pete Beach Community Center) or at the Sirata Beach Resort on Saturday morning or from 4-5pm on Saturday evening or Sunday, before the 1/2 marathon begins.

Our Story
If you are looking for the perfect destination half marathon running event, we have the ultimate #runcation for you. What could be better than a long weekend on St. Pete Beach, FL. intertwined with running events? Here’s how we do it in St. Pete Beach, FL… We start off the weekend with packet pickup on Friday at the Sirata beach resort, where you can wind down at a Run Runner’s beach bar and get a good nights rest before our 10K and 5K on Saturday morning. After these races you can take a nap in a hammock, enjoy the beach, or pool. At 5 p.m. run with the sunset at our 3.8 mile beach fun run. Then hang out with us at a beach bonfire -- With live music and plenty of food and drink available it proves to be a memorable evening! Sunday is our Maddy Zolfo Half Marathon event then more beach time with a post race party.
RACES and EVENTS:
Friday: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Packet Pickup
Late Registration
7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Party at Rum Runners
Saturday morning:
10K, Kids' Classic, then 5K races.
Followed by post race party and awards at the beach bar by the pool
Saturday evening:
Classic Fun Run (3.8 mile Beach Run)

Sunday:
Classic Half Marathon
Followed by Post Race Party
