Sleep is the original performance enhancer and, most of us aren't getting enough of it. 😴
For adults 35+, quality sleep isn't a luxury. It's when your muscles repair, your cortisol resets, and your brain consolidates everything you've learned and done. Skimping on it doesn't just make you tired, it makes workouts harder, recovery slower, and motivation harder to find.
This week, try one small sleep upgrade:
Set a wind-down alarm 30 minutes before bed
Keep your room cool and dark
Skip the screen for the last 20 minutes
Better sleep = stronger workouts. It really is that simple. 💙

We were going to post “rest day”… April Fools 😏
This one’s real—and your form matters:
• 12 Shoulder Press – Start at shoulders, press straight overhead, control it back down
• 10 Bent Rows – Hinge forward, pull weights to ribs, squeeze your back at the top
• 8 Push-ups – Keep your body tight, chest down, push strong (knees = totally fine)
• 30-sec Plank – Straight line, core engaged, don’t let your hips drop
Complete 3 rounds.
Rest 30–60 seconds between rounds.
No shortcuts… but worth it 💪

Start your week by moving with intention:
• Squat to Reach (10 reps) – Sit into a squat, stand and reach arms overhead
• Hip Circles (10 each side) – Lift knee and rotate slowly to open hips
• Forward Fold (30 sec) – Hinge forward, relax upper body, stretch hamstrings
• Deep Breathing (5 breaths) – Slow inhale through nose, long exhale
Move slow and controlled.
Complete 2–3 rounds.
Rest as needed between rounds.
