Karen was TERRIFIED of the floor when we met & told me โwe can do anything, as long as itโs not on the floor!โ
Gradually, we made our way to the floor, through building strength, mobility, & flexibility. She has now conquered the floor & sheโs able to do so much more in her free-time, like gardening, carrying bags of rock, and painting her front porch (on a ladder ๐)
Building muscle & methodical, functional movements are critical for our independence, no matter what our age. Iโm very grateful that sheโs entrusted me in this process & Iโm so happy sheโs capable of so much more than when she started 4 years ago ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

A major shoutout to one of my talented & dedicated clients, Beth! She came to me 5 years ago on a mission because she was fed up with where she was at mentally, emotionally, & physically.
Over the past 5 years, sheโs achieved so much by showing up, not only for me but for herself, even when sheโs not feeling it or is incredibly sleep-deprived ๐
Sheโs gained so much confidence & strength & she makes it her mission to lift other women up as well. Iโm beyond proud of her for the sacrifices sheโs made for a healthier lifestyle that are no easy feat!

I'm super proud & excited for my client, Jamie & the progress she's made!
Jamie came to me with chronic lower back pain & goals of strength & weight loss. She's managed to lose 24lbs, build strength, & her lower back pain is gone, all in a span of 4 months. Most importantly, she's happier! She comes in & works hard every week, while managing a busy life. I commend her for taking care of herself to be her best self โจ๏ธ

Hi friends & family!
As many of you may know, I've started my own personal training business here in St. Peters in a private studio for a true one-on-one experience. I love what I do because each person I work with is vastly different from the next & it's beyond rewarding to see them better their lives. I've worked in the industry for 10+ years & have acquired a range of certifications and a degree in Dietetics to be able to keep up with the ever-chanjng science of fitness, health, and proper movement patterns.
My goals are to improve your quality of life, whether that be losing weight, getting stronger, moving without pain, or all of the above.
