And so we are at the end of an era. After 5 years of teaching, 8 months of running a studio, and 7 years of pole dancing, I begin my teaching hiatus to focus on what started me on this journey in the first place.
My journey back to loving myself.
This isn't good bye forever to teaching. Or to pole.
Its simply, see you later.

Hello all of my wonderful friends and pole family.
Transparency is at the forefront of my brand and what I do.
I made the decision today that I am going on a teaching hiatus.
As such, this will be my last month at
I did not make this decision lightly.
My students will always be a huge focal point of why I continued to pole dance after 7 years.
May will be the last month at Energy.
Bella has always been about empowering individuals through movement, regardless of race, gender, size, or sexual orientation.
I will continue this mission through pole dance and aerial fitness, but maybe without the tribulations of running a bigger brand and studio.
I love and appreciate all who have supported me in this year long journey.
And may you always feel Bella right side up or upside down. 💜
