ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT
9.5.2022 Labor Day
For our Labor Day class and for the first time, we ran through a full length Attitude Adjustment and it did not disappoint.
Attitude Adjustment is a full body workout with alternating rounds of weight training and cardio.
Whether you had a tough day at the office or you plowed through a Taco Bell Party Pack with extra fire sauce the night before, Attitude Adjustment will get you right.
As the title suggests, you will leave with more than just an amazing workout.

Never an empty bag during the Saturday r(E)vBoxing class.
Two of our members doubled down and hit back to back classes this A.M. with r(E)vStrength at 8a and r(E)vBoxing at 9a.
is back on the bags at r(E)v and has found her love for boxing again.
Rounding out the class with and always results in a hell of a class.

Another great BarFight class with the Sunday crew! This group of ladies and the man behind the camera, Chris, never miss their Sunday BarFight.
We were short two of the regulars, but I guess racing in a 5k and a vacation in Europe qualify as good excuses.

We came. We saw. We conquered.
Team r(E)v came out strong at the Sweaty Pig 5k. brought home the hardware ONCE AGAIN and an extra trophy or two might have made their way back to the gym…. Finders keepers.

She finally did it. After months of camera duty, our resident camerawoman finally made it into an after action picture.
So who is behind the camera then?
That would be the newest member of the r(E)volution, Chris Juhasz. Chris is not one for the limelight and graciously gave up his spot so Lynsey could get in on the Instafame.
Not to mention, Chris’s arms are bigger than the r(E)v’s, so he is automatically ineligible for after class pictures.
Chris is another old school member and when he heard that r(E)volution Fitness had come to town, he wasted no time getting in on the action. Just like every member, we are excited that Chris made the choice to pursue his fitness goals with the r(E)volution and look forward to helping him achieve them.
