The Lady Jr Cougars and Lady BDT Middle School Flag Football teams will kick off the 2026 Gridiron Youth Football League Girls Flag Football season this Friday, June 5th at 7:00 PM under the lights at Cougar Stadium on the campus of Lutheran High School.

The Jr Cougars Flag and Tackle Football are now building for 2026 w/ teams in the 5th, 6th/7th, and 8th grade divisions. We are a faith-based program focused on teaching the game the right way through organization, player development, discipline, and opportunity for all athletes.
Whether your child is experienced or new to football, the Jr Cougars provide a positive environment to learn, compete, and grow on and off the field.

Congratulations to the Lady Berkeley Dawg Town girls flag football team. With a 30-28 victory over the Lady Jr Cougars Flag Football team. Playing in the Gridiron Youth Football League Friday Night Lights premier division. Special thanks to the visiting Berekely Lady Dawg Town families, fans and coaches. The Lady Jr Cougars Flag Football team are back in action next Friday May 1st 7pm hosting Lady Flight. The Lady Jr Cougars and Berekely Lady Dawg Town complete the trilogy May 15th 7pm in the last spring game of the GYFL Friday Night Lights series.
