A Summer Evening of Rest: floating sound bath
Sunday, August 9th from 6-8pm at a private residence in Lake St. Louis, MO
There is something special about being held.
Held by the water.
Held by the sounds.
Held by the reminder that nothing is missing in the present moment.
Join us for a Floating Sound Bath and experience deep relaxation as you rest on the water beneath the evening sky. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and instruments that move through the water and through you in a way our studio simply cannot replicate. You'll be invited to soften, unwind, and settle into the present moment.
This offering is an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.
Space is extremely limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.

Experience the deep rest and relaxation of Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep." You'll simply lie down in a comfortable, supported position while being guided through a meditation designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support the nervous system.
No experience or physical movement is required. Come as you are, wear cozy layers, and give yourself an hour to rest, reset, and recharge.
Space is limited. Registration is required.
