These are our smaller, immersive infrared experiences designed to feel different from a traditional studio class. Think infrared light, heat, intentional lighting, music, scent + sensory details woven throughout the experience. Each instructor brings their own style, so every class has its own energy. We’ll leave the rest for you to experience. 😉

The Red Room is intentionally its own thing — intimate, only 9 people, surrounded by red light panels and designed for a more elevated, specialty class experience.

Because of the limited capacity and nature of the room, Red Room classes are booked separately and are not included in either membership.

PRIMAL PULSE 🌿

Think of the vibiest, coziest living room you’ve ever been in… except it’s full of really good people, live music, bodywork, tea, games, snacks + places to disappear into for a while.

This is a listening lounge, but conversation + connection are at the forefront.

Come alone. Come with friends. Meet someone new. Sit on the floor. Play a game. Grab a mocktail. Get some bodywork. Drink tea. Get your cards read. Or literally just find a cozy corner and exist.

Low social battery is ALWAYS welcome here.
There’s no pressure to perform, mingle or bring high energy.

The DJ will be down on the floor with us playing jungle-inspired, lo-fi, downtempo sounds throughout the night, woven together with live handpan, flute + sound bowls.

In fact, there are ALWAYS new faces at . Women who have never been here, walking into a room full of people they don’t know… and leaving connected.

I love witnessing it. New friendships forming. Existing friendships getting deeper. Women finding women they probably never would’ve crossed paths with otherwise.

That’s what this space is for 🥰

It’s intentional.
It’s thought out.
And it happens every second Friday.
