Hello all! I recently abandoned FB--not happy with the environment 😎 But with so many reaching out to us about Hurricane Milton its the easiest mechanism to update our status ( My Place guy--please come back and give us a better option!!)
We are huddled in place and riding out the storm here in St Pete.. Our neighborhood is not in an evacuation zone and our many fur and feather babies make leaving challenging at best (can't wait to figure out how to move this crew to .Michigan next spring-- more on that later)
We are ready as we can be; flush with water and many hurricane supplies (and of course the requisite storm snacks and beer). The outdoor plant jungle is now indoors and we're watching the conditions closely. We will stay in touch as power allows but we do expect to lose power--hoping later than sooner, and probably for a few days. Great news is it does seem to be steering southward--our thoughts to everyone in Sarasota and southward as well as all others in the TBA--Be safe. (Steven Grabusky and Alice Cleet-Grabusky especially!)
This is going to get frisky! We'll document everything we can. See y'all on the other side! 😘😻❤️😎
