💗October Warrior of the Month: Brooke 💗
I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I could—even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. 💗🔥

5-Year Founding Member Feature: Bella ❤️‍🔥

Bella was our 11th Founding Member to join, ready to hit St. Pete’s first 24 Infrared Fitness Studio back in 2021.

“I joined HOTWORX because I wanted a convenient, efficient workout that actually made me feel stronger and more energized,” shares Bella. “That, combined with an infrared sauna and the variety of workouts, was a no brainer.“

Over the last 5 years, we’ve gotten to celebrate Bella’s proposal, wedding, new puppy, and the addition of two baby girls! 💍 🐾🩷

“HOTWORX has been my ride-or-die through every chapter in life,” Bella smiles. “It’s the 24-hour studio I can always fit into my day that helps me recover, leave glowing, and still have energy for the rest of my day (and my girls).”

Thank you for sharing how your HOTWORX practice has evolved over the years! We’re so thankful that you’ve been with us from the very beginning 🥹 Give this mama some love in the comments, y’all!

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
