Join SunState Yoga Teacher, leahmasson for this Yin Yoga Teacher Training! This training will guide you through the history, principles and benefits of yin yoga.

Yin is a slow practice, rooted in stillness, intended to regain the natural and dynamic ranges of motion throughout the body. It is a grounding practice to bring balance among the energetic yang of our lives.

In this training you will learn:
-Yin postures: their unique names and subtle differences in alignment
-The connection between yin yoga and traditional chinese medicine/how to intentionally use meridian lines for intentional practices
-Hands-on-assists
-Relaxation & meditation tools that will make your teaching feel like an entire experience

This training will deepen your own yin yoga practice and give you the tools to share the practice with others through teaching!
