One of my favorite exercises is Opposite Arm & Leg Reach ❤️‍🔥 You can do this anywhere anytime and it’s really a whole body movement.

💪🏽Target your core, strengthen your abdominal area, lower back, hip flexors, and spine.

Give it a try and focus on maintaining a neutral spine and leveled hips by engaging your core and lengthen the arm & the leg throughout the whole exercise. 🫶🏽
