Our second Dan black belt is going to college and today was his last day, we all wish you all the success on the world and always look back to keep you ground it. He is been doing Taekwondo since he was 4 years old when he join the program of mini-kicks and now he is over 18 years old.I had to kneel down every time he pass his test and took a picture with him and now he is way taller than me. What a great martial artist. Every time he came in was to workout to the fullest. Good luck on your journey and stop by to say hi when on town.
All students always go home sweaty. We are very proud of the great talent a lot of this students have. Keep up the great workout, you all should be an inspiration to others.
Congratulations to all the students on passing your Taekwondo rank tests! Your hard work, focus, and determination truly showed today. You gave it everything you had—even leaving sweaty and exhausted—and that is something to be proud of.
Every belt and new rank represents the time, discipline, and courage you put into improving yourselves. Great job, everyone—keep training hard and never stop believing in what you can achieve!
Keep going strong everyone
I do this drills for number of reasons and here are a few,
1- gets you moving and sweating
2-you have to concentrate on the combination sequence and it helps the students focus on taekwondo and forget their problems at work, home or school.
3- get your anger out on the targets.
4- you be going home with a smile and sweaty.
At the same time you are learning new skills and sharpening others.
Working our leg muscles on a fun way
Conditioning our arms and legs the Taekwondo way. Great job everyone
Great sparring class tonight—everyone worked hard, built up a great sweat, and showed strong Taekwondo technique. The energy was high, the rounds were competitive and respectful, and everyone’s control, timing, and effort looked excellent. Keep up the great work!
