Due to summer time travel our fitness class will be canceled for today and Saturday 8/15 We will resume classes on Monday August 17 @ 5:30 PM. Stay well and keep moving.

Hello everyone - my apologies, I posted this to the wrong FB page Kasia isn’t in Kenya. Although she probably wishes she was. Sorry about my error

Yesterday after we left the Kenya National Park we visited the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust nursery. They tend to orphaned baby’s until they are released back into the wild. These babies are bottle fed every 4 hours and their care takers sleep with them. The zebra and rhino were rescued at the same time and have become very close. These babies zebra follows the rhino everywhere when they are out in the fields.
