Looking for an easy, no-heat meal prep option for the week? Look no further. I've got you covered with this healthy curry chicken salad recipe!
- 2.5lbs chicken breast
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Primal Kitchen avocado mayo
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3 tsp curry powder
- onion, garlic powder and salt, pepper to taste
Throw it in a pita with some salad greens and there ya have it!
